Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Account Manager to drive business growth and manage client relationships for Wisoft. The ideal candidate should be capable of acquiring new clients while also building and growing existing accounts through strategic digital marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients across Bangalore and the Indian market to drive business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and act as the primary point of contact
- Understand client business objectives and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions
- Pitch Wisofts services including SEO, Paid Marketing, Social Media, Web Development, Branding, and Creative Services
- Prepare proposals, conduct presentations, negotiate commercials, and close opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution and delivery of campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and share reports, insights, and recommendations with clients
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through additional services and strategic initiatives
- Ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships
- Meet assigned revenue, account growth, and client retention targets
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and track opportunities regularly
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and market opportunities in India
Education
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, Digital Marketing, Commerce, or a related field
- MBA (Marketing) is an added advantage
Experience
- 36 years of experience in Account Management, Client Servicing, Business Development, or Digital Marketing Sales
- Prior experience in a Digital Marketing Agency / Advertising Agency / Media Agency is a must
- Proven experience in client acquisition and account growth
- Strong understanding of SEO, Paid Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, and Digital Strategy
- Experience handling clients across the Indian market is preferred
