SpotDraft is building the AI-native Contract Lifecycle Management platform for modern legal and business teams. We're expanding our APAC go-to-market team and looking for an Account Executive who can own the full sales cycle — from qualifying pipeline to closing enterprise deals.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of closing experience selling in the APAC region, ideally with exposure to cost-center buyers and C-Suite conversations
- Background in SaaS, Marketing/Creative Agencies, or IT Services
- A working understanding of how cashflows, budgeting, and procurement cycles operate inside enterprise orgs
- Genuine interest in the delivery/implementation side of a deal, not just the close
- A hustler's instinct paired with patience - someone who chases the deal but plays the long game with the relationship
- Technical educational background - helps when conversations get technical with IT/Tech buyers
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bengaluru; comfortable with 4 days/week in office and travel
What You'll Do
- Own and close new business across the APAC region, selling CLM to Legal, Procurement, and Finance stakeholders
- Travel to customer sites regularly for in-person meetings, demos, and deal reviews
- Partner with Solutions Consulting and Customer Success to stay close to delivery and implementation realities, and bring that context into the sales conversation
