Join us and make your mark on our company.Location: Hyderabad, Telangana What You will do: Global Tax Compliance Coordination Coordinate tax compliance activities across the United States, India, the United Kingdom, Canada, and EU jurisdictions. Support preparation and coordination of US federal, state, and local tax filings. Assist with India tax compliance including GST, TDS, and statutory filings. Support UK VAT and PAYE compliance. Assist with Canadian corporate tax and GST/HST compliance. Support EU VAT registrations and filings. Maintain a centralized global tax compliance calendar. Tax Data Management & Reporting Collect and organize financial data from ERP and accounting systems. Maintain repositories of filed returns, notices, registrations, and documentation. Prepare supporting schedules and reconciliations for tax filings. Assist in preparing tax reporting summaries for finance leadership. Support reconciliation of tax accounts during month-end and year-end close. Cross-Border Coordination Act as coordination point between US finance leadership and teams in India, the UK, Canada, and the EU. Track intercompany transactions and transfer pricing documentation. Coordinate with HR and payroll teams regarding employment tax compliance. Support updates to tax registrations as the company expands into new jurisdictions. Tax Administration & Compliance Support Track tax authority notices and correspondence. Maintain documentation supporting tax filings and tax positions. Assist with gathering documentation for tax audits and regulatory inquiries. Support development of tax procedures and compliance checklists. Process Improvement & Projects Identify opportunities to streamline tax workflows. Improve tax tracking tools, filing calendars, and reporting templates. Participate in system implementations or expansion into new jurisdictions. Support improvements to global tax governance and internal controls. Ideally, you have: Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field. 25 years of experience supporting tax compliance including at least one non-India jurisdiction (US, UK,Canada, or EU). Experience coordinating with international finance teams or external tax advisors. Experience with India tax compliance (GST, TDS, or statutory filings). Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines. Strong communication skills and ability to work across global teams. Preferred Experience working in a multinational or shared services environment. Exposure to US, UK, Canadian, or EU tax frameworks. Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics. Familiarity with multi-entity corporate structures and transfer pricing documentation.
