Key Responsibilities
- Conducting consultations with prospective students to understand their educational needs and goals.
- Providing detailed information about the courses and programs offered by KnowledgeChakra.
- Generating leads through various channels such as social media and events.
- Following up with leads through phone calls, emails, and meetings to convert them into enrollments.
- Managing the sales process from initial enquiry to enrollment, ensuring a seamless experience for the students.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Maintaining accurate records of all interactions with students and ensuring timely follow-ups.

Salary
Probation:
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 18,000 /month (only for freshers) After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 5,50,000 - 6,00,000 /year Annual CTC breakup:
- Fixed pay: ₹ 3,50,000 - 4,00,000 /year
- Variable pay: ₹ 2,00,000 /year
