The role focuses on understanding student goals, explaining academic pathways clearly, building trust, and converting enquiries into enrolments. This position blends counselling, relationship - building, and admissions follow - up. The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with students and parents, handling objections, and helping them make informed education decisions.
