About the job

We are looking for a motivated Academic Counselor to provide career guidance to prospective students. The primary focus is on helping students navigate analytics course offerings and admissions requirements to drive enrollments. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills who want to guide students in analytics.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide personalized guidance to students on academic programs, curriculum, and fees.

1. Engage with leads and follow up on inquiries to drive enrollments.

1. Conduct presentations and counseling sessions to explain course features and career opportunities.

1. Guide students through the end-to-end admission process, including documentation.

1. Build strong relationships with students and parents to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

1. Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and follow-ups in the CRM system.

1. Collaborate with internal teams to meet enrollment targets and organizational goals.
