Key Responsibilities

• Handle student and parent enquiries in-person, via phone, and online channels.
• Convert enquiries into admissions through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Maintain student and admission records; track fee collection and pending payments.
• Coordinate with faculty and management for class scheduling and academic updates.
• Engage with students and parents for feedback, support, and coordination.
• Manage basic social media activities posting updates, replying to messages, and maintaining engagement.
• Prepare notes, test papers, documentation related to admissions, fees, and academic operations.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce background preferred).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong typing and documentation skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Sheets, email).
• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
• Pleasant, confident, and student-friendly attitude.
• Capability to convert enquiries into admissions.
