About the job

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our academic growth team, helping 12th-grade and final-year students discover affordable higher education pathways. Your primary objective will be to act as a lifeline for 12th-pass students and final-year graduation dropouts who possess the willingness to study but lack the financial backing to afford traditional higher education.

Key Responsibilities

1. Engage with prospective students through structured counseling calls to understand their career goals and financial constraints.

1. Educate and present highly cost-effective, flexible online and distance degree programs from our partner universities that match their budget.

1. Strategize and facilitate student applications for institutional scholarships, corporate fee waivers, and low-cost monthly EMI options to ensure zero financial barriers.

1. Take full ownership of the students' onboarding journey, including document collection, eligibility verification, and system enrollment.

1. Provide continuous motivational support and mentorship to students and parents throughout the admission cycle.
