The ideal candidate should have strong coordination, planning, and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple academic and administrative responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in curriculum planning, implementation, and academic monitoring.
• Coordinate with teachers and center teams to ensure smooth academic operations.
• Plan and manage school events, workshops, trainings, and academic activities.
• Support resource management and academic documentation.
• Facilitate communication between departments and provide operational support.
• Identify challenges and implement practical solutions to improve efficiency.
• Travel across Uttar Pradesh and nearby states for academic audits, training, and center support.Requirements
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Education or a related field.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ready to travel extensively within Uttar Pradesh and surrounding states.
• Must own a personal laptop (Mandatory).
• Prior experience in academic coordination, school administration, or educational operations will be preferred.
