Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute medium to large-scale projects across ABB’s Electrification, Automation, and Motion businesses. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with ABB procedures, regulations, standards, specifications, and targets.
You will also showcase your skills by leading project team members to meet project requirements, deliver contracted deliverables, and meet agreed project results.
This is an evergreen requisition - ABB is continuously building a pipeline of highly motivated and innovative Project Engineers for upcoming opportunities across multiple locations in India including Nashik, Bangalore, Faridabad, and Vadodara.
Work model: #LI-Onsite / #LI-Hybrid
You will be mainly accountable for:
Establishing the project execution approach, and overseeing planning, monitoring and control activities for internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals
Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, and managing project risks, while ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued
Ensuring the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract terms
Coordinating with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, quality, and operations to ensure seamless project execution
