Job Title: 3D VisualizerCompany: House of AALocation: House of AA Studio, Sector 57, Gurugram, Haryana, IndiaWork Mode: 6 Days | Full-time | On-site About the JobWe are looking for a talented and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to join our in-house design team. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for aesthetics, technical proficiency in industry-standard tools, and the ability to translate design concepts into compelling, photorealistic visuals. Candidate Requirements

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Create high-quality 3D renders, walkthroughs, and visualizations for residential and commercial interior projects
• Develop accurate and detailed models based on design drawings, layouts, and mood boards
• Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure visuals align with the project brief and client expectations
• Incorporate feedback and revisions in a timely manner
• Maintain organized project files and asset libraries
• Stay updated with the latest visualization trends, materials, and rendering techniquesRequired skills and tools
• Proficiency in 3DS Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Enscape and Lumion
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for post-production
• Strong understanding of light, texture, materials, and spatial composition
• Experience in interior design visualization preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Key ResponsibilitiesVisualization & Design

• Produce high-quality 3D renders, walkthroughs, and animations for residential and commercial interior projects
• Develop accurate 3D models based on design drawings, layouts, mood boards, and reference materialsDocumentation & File Management
• Maintain organized render logs, asset libraries, and version-controlled project files
• Ensure timely delivery of visuals as per project milestones and internal presentation schedulesProject Coordination
• Coordinate closely with the Interior Designer to ensure visualizations accurately reflect design intent
• Incorporate review feedback and revision requests promptly and accurately
• Track changes across project stages and update visuals accordinglyTeam Collaboration
• Work under the direction of the assigned Interior Designer on all project deliverables
• Manage multiple visualization tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Contribute ideas to improve visualization quality, turnaround time, and internal presentation standards
