1. Conduct outbound tele-calling to potential clients, educators, and institutions to promote products and services. 2. Identify and qualify leads for further business development follow-ups. 3. Maintain lead data and prepare reports on interactions, outcomes, and follow-up schedules. 4. Support the Business Development team with data management and calling activities. 5. Adhere to company policies, procedures, regulations, and operational guidelines at all times. 6. Comply with quality monitoring and work recording processes implemented by the company. 7. Dedicate full working hours to the internship without engaging in any additional part-time or full-time job or internship.
