Beyond healthcare technology, Wargstech actively works on large-scale government and digital transformation projects involving portals, automation systems, public platforms, compliance systems, and technology-driven citizen services. We are looking for proactive and detail-oriented Project Management Interns who are eager to work on real-world government and technology projects involving client coordination, execution tracking, reporting, operations, and team management. Project Coordination & Execution: Assist in managing ongoing government and technology projects by coordinating with internal teams, tracking progress, maintaining timelines, and ensuring smooth execution. Client Communication & Meetings: Coordinate with clients, government officials, vendors, and stakeholders through meetings, follow-ups, calls, and status updates to ensure clear communication and timely delivery. Developer & Team Management: Work closely with developers, designers, and operational teams to track tasks, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure project requirements are being implemented properly. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare project reports, MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), presentations, trackers, and documentation for internal review and client submissions. Operations & Follow-ups: Manage task tracking, approvals, pending deliverables, and regular follow-ups with different departments to keep projects moving efficiently. Accounts & Resource Coordination: Support basic operational activities related to project billing, manpower coordination, vendor management, and resource allocation.
