About Monk Commerce:We're a lean, high-performing team of 25, passionate about creating innovative software products from India for a global audience. As a product manager, you'll be a crucial part of our central engine, driving the product roadmap and working with various teams to ensure the roadmap is delivered to the customers. Key responsibilities:Product strategy development: Collaborate with senior leadership to define the goals for the year.Devise ways to collect and analyze customer feedback to decide on the exact feature sets to build that are best suited to customer needs.Market and competitive analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activity, which will inform further feature and product development.Customer Engagement: Work closely with customer support to gather feedback, validate product assumptions, and ensure solutions meet user expectations.Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product launches and feature delivery.Prioritization and Planning: Prioritize features based on customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility, and manage product backlogs effectively.Launch and Post-Launch Analysis: Oversee product launches, analyze performance metrics, and iterate based on user feedback.
