We are looking for a Cloud infrastructure intern who can support the hosting, deployment, and management of websites and web applications on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). This role is suitable for someone who already has basic practical knowledge of OCI and is interested in working on real cloud infrastructure projects, including hosting environments, server setup, deployment, security, monitoring, scaling, backups, and website uptime. Please apply only if you already understand Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. This is not a basic OCI training internship. We will provide real-life projects and guidance, but you should already know how to work with OCI services and cloud infrastructure basics. The development team will handle website and application development. Your role will focus on the infrastructure, deployment, hosting, and server management side. Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist in hosting and deploying websites and applications on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 2. Help configure and manage compute instances, storage, networking, VCN, and DNS 3. Support the setup of load balancers, SSL certificates, firewalls, security lists, and network security groups 4. Monitor server performance, uptime, resource usage, and basic alerts 5. Help manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning 6. Assist in configuring CI/CD pipelines for deployment 7. Support domain mapping, server setup, and environment configuration 8. Troubleshoot hosting, server, deployment, DNS, SSL, and OCI-related issues 9. Work on improving infrastructure reliability, performance, uptime, and security 10. Maintain documentation for cloud architecture, server setup, and deployment processes Who can apply- Candidates who have knowledge of: 1. Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 2. OCI Compute Instances 3.
