What is the opportunity? We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer to join our fast-growing Delivery Team. Our team builds and validates automation agents and intelligent workflows across multiple customer environments. You will support the quality of AI and non-AI agents used in real-world business processes, from browser automation to system integrations. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and customers to test newly created agents, guide clients during test sessions, provide Level 1 support, and ensure our delivery maintains the highest quality standards. Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Perform manual testing of automation agents and end-to-end workflowsReview functional requirements and create clear, structured test casesExecute test sessions directly with customers, assisting them during validationProvide Level 1 support, identifying issues, answering questions, and escalating appropriatelyIdentify, document, and track defects with precise reproduction detailsSupport regression testing and validation before go live.Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product teamsContribute to continuous quality improvement across the Delivery practice You Will Know You’re Successful If You independently execute testing cycles that deliver reliable, high-quality agents to customersYou maintain outstanding standards in documentation, clarity of communication, and defect reportingCustomers feel supported, well-guided, and confident during test sessions Must Have What makes you a great fit Excellent English (C1+) with exceptional written and verbal communicationprior experience as a Manual QA in an Agile environmentStrong understanding of QA methodologies, test case design, and defect managementAbility to work independently and take ownership of testing deliverablesHigh attention to detail and strong analytical thinkingComfortable interacting directly with customers in testing and support contexts Nice To Have Experience testing browser-based workflowsFamiliarity with automation concepts, RPA, or scriptingUnderstanding of REST APIs or system integrationsInterest in AI agents and prompt engineeringExposure to continuous testing or CI/CD pipelines Why join us?
