We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented management trainee to support business operations through research, documentation, and coordination. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating case studies, preparing presentations (PPTs), assisting in research activities, and managing structured documentation while working closely with different teams. 1. Create structured case studies based on projects, business activities, and research insight 2. Develop professional presentations (PPTs) for internal and external use 3. Assist in research and data collection to support business decisions 4. Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and documentation using MS Excel and MS Word 5. Support documentation of processes, workflows, and project updates 6. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather information and track progress 7. Analyze data and present insights in a clear and organized format 8. Assist in day-to-day operational and administrative tasks 9. Maintain well-organized records and documentation for future reference to Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality in all deliverables
