We are looking to hire an experienced Internal Recruiter to join our team at LevelUP. This employee will be responsible for recruiting talent acquisition professionals including Technology Recruiters, Financial Services Recruiters, Sourcers, Recruitment Coordinators, Recruiting Operations, and other related roles. **Candidates MUST have experience recruiting for Talent Acquisition / Recruiter roles. Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across India, EMEA and APAC, including job briefings, sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.Must be able to work on high volume of roles individually in a fast-paced environmentBuild and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.Use a variety of sourcing methods to attract both passive and active candidates, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal referrals, and local talent pools.Develop and drive regional recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives to strengthen our presence in key markets.Ensure an exceptional candidate experience is delivered at every stage of the recruitment process.Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, pipeline conversion, and candidate satisfaction.Stay informed on regional labour market trends, salary benchmarks, and sourcing best practices to provide strategic guidance.Collaborate closely with People Partners and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) on workforce planning and internal mobility efforts.Ensure all recruitment activity is compliant with regional employment laws and internal policies.Flexibility to support ad hoc tasks within the broader People function, including office management, HR administration, or onboarding processes.This ensures we are well-positioned to expand the scope of the role as needed once the individual has settled in. Required Skills and Attributes8+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-region or global environment.MUST have experience recruiting for Recruiters / Talent Acquisition professionals Experience recruiting Recruiters for a recruitment agency / consulting / RPO company is a plus. Proven success hiring across India, EMEA, and APAC, with a strong understanding of regional cultural nuances, employment laws, and sourcing strategies.Experience working in-house or with an RPO/internal recruitment function is preferred.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience using an ATS (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).Comfortable managing multiple open roles and prioritizing effectively under pressure.Willing to work a flexible schedule to accommodate other time zones as needed.Fluent in English; additional languages relevant to the region are a plus.
