HR Intern/ Project Trainee Location: Lenze, Pune Office location: Lenze SDC, Sai Radhe building, 5th floor, near Pune Railway Metro Station, Sangamwadi, Pune Duration: 6 months (Full-time) Monday through Friday; 9 am to 6 pm. 1. Support the HR team in day-to-day HR operations. 2. Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing, screening resumes, interview coordination, and documentation. 3. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. 4. Support onboarding, and induction processes for new joiners. 5. Assist in organising employee engagement activities, training sessions, and HR initiatives. 6. Help with HR reporting and preparation of presentations as required. 7. Assist in all key HR processes - Performance management, training, hire-to-retire process etc. Desired profile: 1. MBA/PGDM (HR) students or recent graduates. 2. Good communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Basic understanding of HR concepts and processes. 4. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, AI Tools, Canva etc. 5. Willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and attention to detail.
