Review candidate information for completeness, consistency, relevance, duplication, and formatting accuracy. 8. Support categorization, updates, and organization of candidate records under supervision. 9. Assist with professional communication activities including drafting simple communication responses and follow-up coordination. 10. Collaborate with internal teams to complete assigned internship tasks within agreed timelines. 11. Apply feedback to improve documentation quality, communication, organization, and task execution. 12. Follow company documentation standards, confidentiality policies, communication guidelines, and data-handling practices while managing HR-related information.
