Monitor and moderate posts, comments, tags, DMs, and community interactions acting as a gatekeeper to maintain brand safety and reputation. Track platform-specific nuances, including hashtags, trends, formats, best posting times, and algorithm updates to maximize reach and engagement. Generate weekly performance reports, highlighting key metrics, growth trends, campaign results, and improvement opportunities. Stay updated on the latest social media features, tools, and trends to enhance overall assets' performance.
