As a client servicing intern, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless communication between the EvolutionCo and its clients. You will assist the client servicing team in managing client relationships, coordinating projects, and ensuring timely delivery of campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in client management and digital marketing. A. Client communication: 1. Act as a point of contact for clients, address queries, and provide updates on campaign progress. 2. Schedule and coordinate client meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes. B. Project coordination: 1. Work closely with internal teams such as creative, strategy, and media to ensure smooth campaign execution. 2. Track project timelines and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met. C. Reporting & documentation: 1. Assist in preparing client reports including campaign performance metrics and insights. 2. Maintain organized records of client communications, contracts, and project details. D. Campaign support: 1. Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop creative ideas for client campaigns. 2. Monitor campaign performance and provide suggestions for optimization. E. Administrative tasks: 1. Support the client servicing team with administrative tasks such as preparing presentations, drafting emails, and managing calendars. Preferred skills: 1. Prior internship or project experience in marketing, client servicing, or a related field. 2. Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday, ClickUp, or JIRA. 3. Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics or social media insights.
