1. Track ongoing work across multiple platforms including LeadingIndia.ai, AlgorithmGuru.in, and FutureBytes.ai. 2. Maintain and update the project/task management system with clear owners, deadlines, status, and pending actions. 3. Coordinate with interns, team leads, trainers, and external partners to ensure timely completion of tasks. 4. Follow up politely but firmly on pending work and identify blockers before they become major delays. 5. Prepare short daily and weekly progress updates for the founders. 6. Capture meeting notes, action items, and decisions, and track closure after meetings. 7. Help create simple trackers, checklists, SOPs, and workflows to improve execution speed. 8. Coordinate across content, marketing, technical, and media teams so that work does not happen in silos. 9. Escalate only important risks or decisions to the founders with a clear summary and suggested next step. 10. Support the 6-month scale-up plan by ensuring weekly goals and project milestones are visible and tracked.
