Understand their goals, challenges, and decision-making process. 3. Guide them toward the right programs based on their needs. 4. Learn and apply structured communication and persuasion frameworks. 5. Participate in real-time conversations that directly impact revenue. 6. Work closely with the team to improve approach, strategy, and outcomes. 7. Contribute in Calling around 80-100 leads every day to funnel them to conversions Compensation: 1. Month 1&2 (probation/training phase): ₹2,000-3000 fixed stipend plus performance-based incentives. 2. Month 3 (post probation): ₹5,000–₹10,000 fixed plus ₹15,000 performance-based (total up to ₹20,000/month). [ Fixed Stipend depends on Interview ] Working hours: 1. Flexible working environment. 2. Minimum contribution of 4–5 hours per day. 3. Working window from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The intern will be using their own number for calling in probation period i.e. 1st&2nd month.
