As an Operations Intern at our German studio company, you will be an essential part of our team, managing applications on time, supporting various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. Your computer skills, proficiency in MS Office, and excellent written English will be invaluable in this role. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to the team, including managing application deadlines, organising students data, managing deadlines and organizing files 2. Assist with data entry and maintenance of records using MS Word and Excel 3. Communicate effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders in English 4. Help with research tasks and data analysis to support projects and initiatives 5. Contribute to the improvement of operational processes and procedures 6.
